A60 eXtreme HVLP

The A60 eXtreme HVLP is equipped a new air flow system and with a U groove nozzle design that enhances atomization by pre-atomizing the paint flow before it exits the air cap. A high volume of air passes through the center orifice of the air cap and interacts with the U-shaped nozzle, initiating early paint breakup and achieving a dual stage atomization effect.

The three-orifice fan cap design produces a wider spray pattern, making color application and coating of large panels faster, more consistent, and easier to control.

As an HVLP system, the A60 eXtreme HVLP delivers exceptionally high transfer efficiency, significantly reducing overspray and paint waste. This allows professional painters to achieve excellent coverage while saving material and improving overall spraying efficiency.
